We will purchase your vehicle with an Indiana Bill of Sale provided by us. It will be filled out by you and emailed to us. You will also need to get a local police officer to inspect and sign off on a Indiana police VIN inspection form also provided by us. The VIN form is to verify the accuracy of the VIN number, not an inspection to verify the road worthiness of the vehicle. Your local city, county or State police will need to do a Federal NCIC check to make sure the vehicle is not stolen.
You will also need to sign a notarized statement that you also certify the vehicle is free and clear of any and all liens and will guarantee clear title to any future owner. With these three documents we will petition the court for a court order to provide to the Indiana BMV with additional required documents to issue a valid Indiana title to us.
Upon receipt we will assign the title back to you as an out of state purchase to be transferred in your state by you at your state BMV or other authorized agent. We will also provide a Bill of Sale back to you which some states require. The time frame is approximately 6 weeks until we mail via USPS Priority mail back to you. This can vary during the holidays.

You will receive back a valid Indiana title to transfer back to your name in your state. Your states fees and taxes will probably apply. If you have a previously titled vehicle in your name you can probably go directly to your license branch and get a duplicate. You don't need us.
Cost is $560 and vehicles must be 30 years or older. And no discount for quantity. Please feel free to call or email with any questions or concerns.

How to Proceed
- 1. Email a request for a title packet. This will include three forms and instructions.
- 2. Fill out all forms completely with no corrections. Scan and email back or use USPS mail if you prefer (slower service).
- 3. Make the payment via PayPal or include a USPS money order if mailing.
You should receive a receipt confirmation email for each step within 24 hours during business days. If not please call.
